We consider that eating is one of the common habit that we are used to do it regularly. Anytime we feel hungry, we are organized to consume some meals in order to fulfill our appetite. Since we are adaptive with this habit, we usually instantly do some other activities right after this action. In fact, there are some prohibitions after having meals in order to maintain our health. The digest processes require particular period and condition to finish. Therefore, we need to keep the healthy condition that allows the whole digest processes finish completely.
There are several prohibitions that we have to follow after we are having meals in order to keep our digestive system healthy. The first thing is that we are prohibited to consume any kinds of fruits right after the eating activity. The fruits will make the stomach is filled air. You need to wait about 1-2 hours to bite fruits. The second one is that we are prohibited to smoke. The risk of getting cancer right after having a meal is ten times higher. Drinking tea is also prohibited to do after we consume the meals. Tea contains high concentrate of acid substances which will make the protein will be harder to digest. The last prohibition is sleeping. Many researchers believe that sleeping will make the food cannot be digested completely since it weakens the intestines digestive system. This action will eventually cause intestine inflections.
